No. The scope of delivery is stated separately on each product page and confirmed personally before an order.
Can I reserve a watch first?＋
A short-term reservation may be possible by personal arrangement. We will confirm the duration and conditions individually.
How do shipping and collection work?＋
Delivery is fully insured. Personal collection in Düsseldorf can be arranged on request.
What is the returns policy?＋
Consumers have the statutory right of cancellation. Details regarding deadlines, returns and costs can be found in our German cancellation policy.
Does my watch come with a guarantee?＋
Yes. Our watches come with a 12-month guarantee. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

After you submit your order, we personally check and confirm availability. You will then receive acceptance of the order and payment details; payment is made by bank transfer.

Yes. The agreed trade-in value is offset directly against the purchase price of your new watch.
